One of the most prominent ones, the very purpose for many to consider attending a conference or meetup is networking. There’s always been a lot of talk about the subject, as reactions to it are as different as people’s personalities. It’s of little doubt, however, that networking is the of fundamental importance and while at an event, you should try to make much use of it.

For some people, the idea of getting together with as many fellow participants as possible is what gives them the thrills. For others, the shy ones, it’s as unpleasant as it gets. Some just want to do their business and see hard numbers, some are there getting valuable feedback from people in-the-know. So, how to do the networking right? What should you get out of it?
